Hi, I'm Himant.

I started Formtray in 2025 for a fairly unglamorous reason. My wife is a teacher. What she wanted was quick forms, quizzes, and a single place to view every response and make sense of them, without any complexity that came with existing form builders.

Originally built to help educators, Formtray is a 100% bootstrapped platform that now offers features for everyone. Through it all, the goal remains the same: keeping things simple.
