Paste class notes or upload a paper and Formtray drafts an auto-graded multiple-choice quiz. Review the answer key and marks before you publish. The file is sent to the AI for that request and is not stored.

Start an assessment

From Start building or the dashboard, choose For Educators. Sign in if you have not already.

Paste the passage or notes, or upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or PDF (up to 2 MB). Use one source, not both. The file is sent to the AI for that generation and is not saved on Formtray.

Review keys and marks

AI returns a multiple-choice quiz in the builder, with name and roll fields pinned at the top.

Check every correct answer and mark value before you publish. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete.

Timer and shuffle

In Configure, turn on a timed test, shuffle questions or options, negative marking, and whether students see their score after they submit.

Form drafts and educator assessments share the same AI allowance. On Free, hitting the cap means waiting 24 hours or upgrading on Pricing. On Pro, 5 drafts per 24 hours, up to 100 per month.
