Create your first form

Go from a blank canvas to a form you can share.

Start building

Open Start building and pick how you want to begin: from scratch, from a template, with AI, or as an educator assessment.

From scratch drops you into the builder with a blank form. The Templates gallery gives you a head start. AI asks what you need and generates fields you can edit. Assessments for educators can also start from pasted notes or an uploaded paper.

Add fields

Use Add field to place inputs, choices, ratings, an address block, a choice matrix, file uploads, layout blocks, and Captcha.

Open a field to edit its label, help text, and settings. Reorder by dragging on a computer, or from the field list on a phone.

Preview as you go

The preview shows the form as respondents will see it, including style and layout.

On a computer, switch device sizes to check a phone or tablet. On a phone, you build in a mobile layout — the live form will match that screen.

Next steps

When the structure feels right, move to Style, then Configure, then Publish.

You can come back and edit any step after you share the form.
