Publish

When you publish, Formtray gives you a live link for that form.

You can keep editing after you share. Republish when you want respondents to see changes.

Share the link

Send the link, share a QR code from My Forms, or put the form on your website with the embed snippet.

On Pro, you can claim a handle under Profile → Company and Branding so share links use your Formtray subdomain (for example your-handle.formtray.com/form/…). The permanent formtray.com/form/… link still works.

Anyone with the link can submit, unless you add limits in Configure.

Embed on your website

From My Forms, open Embed next to Copy and QR on a published form. Copy the snippet.

Paste it on your site before </body>. The snippet includes the Formtray script and a button. Change the button label if you want.

When someone clicks the button, the form opens in a modal on your page. They fill it in and submit without leaving your site.

If the button does nothing, your site CSP must allow Formtray for script-src and frame-src.
