Open submissions

From the dashboard, open a form to see its submissions in a table.

Export CSV or JSON

From the submissions table, download CSV or JSON. Both are available on every plan.

CSV is the spreadsheet. Each answer is one cell. Star ratings, smiley ratings, and linear scales include the top of the scale, such as 4/5 or 8/10. A smiley also keeps its label, such as Happy (4/5). A choice matrix is written as readable text, one row at a time.

JSON is the stored submission. Rating answers stay numbers, so another tool can still add them up. The file does not include the private view token.

New submissions keep landing in the same form until you close or unpublish it. A download is a copy of what is there at that moment.
