Every answer, right where you work.

Send each new submission to Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, or any URL. Connect once, then turn it on for the forms that need it.

Google Sheets

A new row in your sheet

Slack

A heads-up in your channel

Notion

A new page in your database

Webhooks

A signed POST to any URL

Connect your account

Sign in to Google, Slack, or Notion once. Tokens are encrypted and never stored on the form itself.

Profile → Connections

Turn it on for a form

Pick the sheet, channel, or database that form should send to. Each form chooses its own.

Configure → Post-Submit Actions

Test, then publish

Send a sample first. After that, every new submission goes out on its own.

Test · Delivery logs

Respondents never wait

Sends run after the answer is saved. A hiccup on the other end never rejects a submission.

Retries and logs

Temporary failures are retried automatically. Delivery logs keep 30 days of history per form.

Only the answers

Formtray sends what was submitted. Not IP addresses or device details.

Disconnect anytime

Future sends stop. Rows, messages, and pages already created stay where they are.

Not on the list? Use a webhook.

Point a webhook at Zapier, Make, or n8n to reach almost any other app, or straight at your own API. Want something built in? Tell us what you’d use.

Which plans include integrations?

Pro. On Free you can see the settings in the builder, marked Pro, but nothing is sent.

Can one form send to more than one place?

Yes. A single submission can post to one Slack channel, add a row to one sheet tab, create a page in one Notion database, and call up to five webhooks, all at once.

Will responses I already have be sent?

No. Integrations send new submissions from the moment you switch them on. For earlier responses, export CSV or JSON from the submissions table.

Do I have to log in to Formtray with Google to use Sheets?

No. The Sheets connection is separate from how you log in, so you can write to a different Google account.

What happens if a send fails?

The respondent never sees it, because their submission is already saved. Temporary failures are retried, and the form’s delivery logs show what went wrong for 30 days.

Why can’t I find my Slack channel or Notion database?

In Slack, run /invite @Formtray in the channel, then refresh the list. In Notion, open the database’s ••• menu, add Formtray under Connections, then refresh.

How do file uploads come through?

As links. Uploaded files and e-signatures arrive as a link to the file, not the file itself.
